Welcome to St. Albans Diocese Ministry Development and Local Ministry website. This site aims to offer valuable information and resources to all members of the church wishing to develop God's ministry and mission.

Under Ministry Development you can find details on both CME 1-4 and CME 5+; further study and applying for grants, as well as information on current and forthcoming trainings that can form part of the course.

There is also information on our Local Ministry Scheme, together with material for adult education under Education for Discipleship and collaborative ministry.

Ministry Development is now on the Diocesan Website

We have now put most of the information from the Ministry Development Website onto the Diocesan Website, including grant forms and the latest information about CME 1-4 and Readers in Training. Go to: St Albans Diocesan website, and under Resources for Church Life click on Developing people and parishes to find Continuing Ministerial Education.

If you're looking for a training then the training information can still be found here and there is a link from the Diocesan website to it under 'Training'.
